Eligibility Requirements

Consequences of Violating the Terms

To open an account with 99xx, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If any unauthorized activity occurs on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and financial protection, 99xx reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a national ID card, passport or birth certificate, and proof of address. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any pending bonus requirements are completed.

Welcome Bonus

99xx offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, your first deposit must be at least ৳300.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing funds from the bonus.

• Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• A time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.
• Wagering contribution may vary for certain games.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• A bonus will only be credited to the account that made the deposit.
• 99xx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

For members with the highest level of benefits. Long-term and active players can reach the Gold tier. This tier offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback Terms

• Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited where applicable.
• Your account must be active to receive cashback.
• VIP tier assignment is at the sole discretion of 99xx.
• Minimum conditions may apply for cashback withdrawals.
